Account And Invoicing Options
Atlas Courier Ltd. offers a variety of customized billing formats to help you manage your account as needed. Some billing features we offer our customers are:
- Detailed itemized invoices with references for each order
- References can be optional or set as a required feature
- Billing references can be set as required and pre determined for easy selection. This is used by many companies when dealing with specific cost codes and projects
- Email alert notification can be sent when a new order is placed
- Invoices can be billed to your credit card automatically
- An Invoice Summary provides a breakdown of references along with the sub-totals to simplify the coding and entering of expenses
- We offer an email option to receive your Invoices
- All orders can be viewed on line, reports can be exported to Excel and past invoices can be viewed
- Invoices can be printed in reference order and sub-totaled as well as separated by a page break for each reference
Atlas Courier offers easy payment options and you can choose either option:
Commercial Account Application which requires trade references
Auto-Pay Account Application to set up an account immediately and requires a credit card
As you fill out our Account Application, you will also have the option of letting us know how you would like to receive your invoices. Simply indicate email, and provide the email address to receive your invoice by email otherwise it will be mailed at the end of the billing period.
If you are a small volume shipper we can set up your account and have your orders billed directly to your Credit Card at time of completion waiving the required $100 minimum monthly billing. With this option you are provided a monthly invoice identifying your orders and the charge to your credit card. You are only charged for the service you use, there is no minimum fee, and no additional charges are added!
